God knows how I adore life
When the wind turns on the shores lies another day
I cannot ask for more

When the time bell blows my heart
And I have scored a better day
Well nobody made this war of mine

And the moments that I enjoy
A place of love and mystery
I'll be there anytime

Oh mysteries of love
Where war is no more
I'll be there anytime

When the time bell blows my heart
And I have scored a better day
Well nobody made this war of mine

And the moments that I enjoy
A place of love and mystery
I'll be there anytime

Mysteries of love
Where war is no more
I'll be there anytime

Last Night I dreamt...

Last night I dreamt
That somebody loved me
No hope, no harm
Just another false alarm

Last night I felt
Real arms around me
No hope, no harm
Just another false alarm

So, tell me how long
Before the last one ?
And tell me how long
Before the right one ?

The story is old - I KNOW
But it goes on
The story is old - I KNOW
But it goes on

Oh, GOES ON
And on
Oh, goes on
And on

My Morning Jacket

My Morning Jacket formed in 1998 in Louisville, Kentucky, consisting of Jim James on guitar, "Two Tone" Tommy on bass, J. Glenn on drums, and Johnny Quaid on second guitar. James said the band's moniker comes from the letters "MMJ" embroidered on a discarded coat he once saw.[3]

The band's debut, The Tennessee Fire, was released on Darla Records. In 2000, the band was augmented by the addition of Danny Cash (layout and keyboard instruments). Although the second album At Dawn was recorded with drummer J. Glenn, he had already left the band by the time the album was released by Darla in 2001. J. Glenn was replaced by Chris 'KC' Guetig. In May 2002 James' childhood friend Patrick Hallahan replaced Guetig.

My Morning Jacket were signed to ATO Records in 2002. In 2003 they released It Still Moves, their major-label debut. The release of the album was followed by the live EP Acoustic Citsuoca. This EP was notable for the absence of hall reverb on Jim James' vocals, a sound very different from their earlier works.

Jim James of My Morning Jacket performing in San Diego during their 2008 U.S. tour.In January 2004, Quaid and Cash amicably left the band. The two were replaced by Carl Broemel and Bo Koster respectively. In November 2004 the band released two collections of early work, which included old demos, live versions, and covers. These discs, entitled Early Recordings Chapter 1 – The Sandworm Cometh and Early Recordings Chapter 2 – Learning, document the formation and progress in the band's early years.

October 2005 saw the release of the critically acclaimed album Z, which greatly displayed the evolution of the band. The band was featured (under the name Ruckus) in the 2005 film Elizabethtown and contributed the song "Where to Begin" to the soundtrack.

In 2006, My Morning Jacket were musical guests on The Late Show with David Letterman, performing with members of the Boston Pops, with whom they played two shows at Boston Symphony Hall later in the month. In 2006 the band also released a live double album and DVD entitled Okonokos.

In 2007, the band recorded their album Evil Urges, which was released on June 10, 2008 and was followed by a June 20 show at Radio City Music Hall. They performed at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April 2008.

My Morning Jacket in the midst of their four-hour set at Bonnaroo 2008 on June 14th.They performed for a fifth time at the Bonnaroo Music Festival 2008. They played an almost four hour long set starting at midnight on Friday; it featured guest appearances by Kirk Hammett of Metallica and comedian Zach Galifianakis, as well as the Nashville-Louisville horns. Thirty-five songs were performed during the marathon set, including many covers (e.g. Erykah Badu's "Tyrone", Kool and the Gang's "Get Down on It", Sly and the Family Stone's "Hot Fun in the Summertime", James Brown's "Cold Sweat", Bobby Womack's "Across 110th Street", Funkadelic's "Hit It and Quit It", Velvet Underground's "Oh! Sweet Nuthin", and Mötley Crüe's "Home Sweet Home"), all but two tracks of their latest album Evil Urges, and a majority of the band's many fan favorites.

On May 10, 2008, they were the musical guest on Saturday Night Live and played "Evil Urges" as well as "I'm Amazed" from their upcoming CD.

In August 2008, an animated music video for the song "Touch Me I'm Going to Scream Part 2" was released. The video has been well received by critics and fans alike and was created by the graphics design team Hornet's Mixtape Club. On August 16, they performed live in their hometown of Louisville at Waterfront Park.

The Autumn 2008 European Tour had to be cancelled after Jim James was injured by a fall from the stage. Since then James has made a few public appearances, including showing up to perform "Paradise" with John Prine at a recent concert in Louisville, where he has been recovering from his injuries.

The band's 2008 album Evil Urges was nominated for a Grammy for Best Alternative rock Album

The band was featured on CNN's 2009 New Year's Eve show with Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin, performing from Madison Square Garden. The band are currently supporting Neil Young on his Australian tour, as well as playing the Big Day Out festival.

Their most recent release, Celebracion De La Ciudad Natal was released on Record Store Day, April 18, 2009. It is an eight song EP taken from two live recordings, notably the bands Summer 2008 Waterfront Park concert in their hometown of Louisville, KY.

A minha liberdade

Quero ir conhecer a Escocia, a America do Sul...A India....

E coragem pessoal...

Brian Weiss

As a traditional psychotherapist, Dr. Brian Weiss was astonished and skeptical when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. His skepticism was eroded, however, when she began to channel messages from "the space between lives," which contained remarkable revelations about Dr. Weiss's family and his dead son. Using past-life therapy, he was able to cure the patient and embark on a new, more meaningful phase of his own career.

Litlle Joy

"Little Joy is Binki Shapiro, Rodrigo Amarante and Fabrizio Moretti, three friends who dropped their routine at their respective hometowns to make a record in Los Angeles, California.

Through a chance encounter at a Portuguese festival in Lisbon, where both Amarante (Singer/Guitarist of Los Hermanos) and Moretti (drummer of The Strokes) had performed, the two chatted well through the night and into the morning by the side of the river, humoring the idea of working together on music that had no affiliation to their particular bands.

A year later, Amarante traveled to the United States to record with Devendra Banhart on his Smokey Rolls Down Thunder Canyon album. On the off hours of an arduous recording process, Amarante would meet with Moretti to discuss anything but music.

Binki Shapiro, musician and native of Los Angeles, was
introduced to the pair through mutual acquaintances and became a fast friend, encouraging the two to focus on the music they had spoken of long before. Through the process of late night “show-and-tell” the three developed and arranged songs Moretti had begun and soon after started writing original music for the group as a band.

A couple of months later they all moved into a house in Echo Park to demo songs and soon after, with the help of producer Noah Georgeson, who had recorded Banhart’s album, they finished their self-titled debut, Little Joy, named after the cocktail lounge just down the street from their home."

The Smiths

The Smiths were an English rock band formed in Manchester in 1982. Based on the songwriting partnership of Morrissey (vocals) and Johnny Marr (guitar), the band also included Andy Rourke (bass) and Mike Joyce (drums).

Critics have called them one of the most important alternative rock bands to emerge from the British independent music scene of the 1980s, and the group has had major influence on subsequent artists. Morrissey's lovelorn tales of alienation found an audience amongst youth culture bored by the ubiquitous synthesizer-pop bands of the early 1980s, while Marr's complex melodies helped return guitar-based music to popularity.

OM

E aos 29 o primeiro simbolo ao qual eu realmente dou significado.....

O Om (ॐ) é o mantra mais importante do hinduísmo e outras religiões.

Agora sim...

With the whole nation watching, he is just one question away from winning a staggering 20 million rupees on India¹s "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?"
